王子駅前にて、2008.9.27
旧7055号車の車体を更新した車両。1955年の新製以来、荒川車庫を離れたことがない生え抜き車。
パンタグラフがシングルアーム式（PT7148-A1）に交換されている。
撮影当時は(株)メディカル工笑の広告車。
